Product-Specific Production Planning

TD directly operates the production facility; the TD brand/sales entity and factory legal entity are different. Confirm the contracting entity with your quotation.

The stages below illustrate the production workflow. The selected model, construction and approved sample determine which steps and checks apply to an order.

B2B buyer FAQ

Production approval questions

Use written specifications and agreed samples to connect your buying requirements to the production plan.

01

What should buyers confirm before adhesive bra production starts?

Confirm a physical reference sample and a written specification before authorizing bulk production. Record the model, dimensions, construction, color reference, adhesive format, packaging and artwork revision. Agree which characteristics will be inspected and how a change will be approved. A product photograph alone is not a complete production specification.

02

Do nipple covers, lift covers and adhesive bras follow identical production steps?

No. The applicable process depends on the selected construction. Coverage-only nipple covers, extended-tab lift covers and connected adhesive bra cups require different profile and assembly references. The photographs here illustrate production stages; they do not establish that every model uses every stage. Confirm the route for your selected product when reviewing the sample.

03

How should a repeat order or specification change be prepared?

Identify the previously approved model and specification revision, then list any changes separately. Check whether color, profile, adhesive format, artwork or packaging needs a new sample approval. Do not assume a repeat order includes a requested change until the updated quotation and production references confirm it. Quantity and delivery requirements should be reviewed for that order.
